Inquiry Desk has a 14-day money-back guarantee. Use it on one real inquiry. If it does not help you more than what you were sending before, email us and we refund what you paid in full. One email, no form.
How it works
- The window is 14 days from purchase.
- Properly used means one real inquiry run through it: you installed it, answered the short business brief, and used it on an actual inquiry.
- Email [email protected] from the address you bought with. Name the product, tell us what you ran it on and what fell short, and attach what it made: the draft, as a file, a screenshot, or pasted into the email. A request without it is incomplete, and we will ask for it first.
- If you did that and it did not beat what you were sending before, it is a yes.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method normally within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
- A refund ends your license, and we expect the files to be deleted.
What we don't do
No partial refunds, no store credit, no forms. It is a yes or a no within a couple of business days, and if you meet this policy, it is a yes.

We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it. Inquiry Desk runs inside your own Claude or ChatGPT account, so the messages you write and the couple's details stay between you and your AI provider. We never receive them.
What we collect
- Your purchase details: your name and email, handled by our payment processor. We do not store your full card number.
- Anything you send us by email, such as a support or refund request and what you attach to it.
- Basic website analytics, such as which pages are visited.
What we do not collect
Your business brief, your voice profile, your prices and the couple's messages. These live in your own AI account, not on our servers. We never see them.
How we use it
To fulfil your purchase, send updates and answer support. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Who handles it for us
- Payments: [platform], which processes your payment under its own terms.
- Email: the provider that hosts our support inbox ([email protected]) and handles the messages you send us.
- Website hosting: Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard request logs, including IP addresses.
Your AI provider
Inquiry Desk installs as skills in your own Claude or ChatGPT. We do not run an AI service and have no API of our own, so what you paste there never passes through us. It goes to Anthropic or OpenAI under your own agreement and settings with them, and whether it is used to improve their models is set by your account there. Check your provider's settings.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep purchase and support records for as long as the sale, support and the law require. Email us to ask what we hold, or to have it deleted.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, the UK, California or a region with similar law, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to certain uses. Email us and we will act on it.
Children
Inquiry Desk is for professional photographers and is not directed to children.

Your licence
- You may use Inquiry Desk for your own business, including with a second shooter or an assistant in the same studio.
- You may not resell, share, republish or redistribute the files, or pass them to another business.
- You may not try to extract the underlying sources to resell or publish them.
Price and payment
$79, paid once. The price rises over time, and the price you pay is set at purchase. Updates are free.
Updates and availability
Updates are free: any update we release is included at no extra charge. That is not a promise of updates forever. Inquiry Desk runs on Claude and ChatGPT, which are third-party services we do not control. If they change, we will try to keep Inquiry Desk working, but we cannot guarantee it will always work with every future version, and we may update, change or retire it.
